M.H. Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 22 January 2026 under Nepal's Companies Act, 2063, with its registered office in Ward No. 26, Samakhusi, Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
Shortly after incorporation, the company was granted its Foreign Employment Business License (No. 1637/082/083) by the Department of Foreign Employment, under the authority of the Foreign Employment Act, 2064 and Foreign Employment Regulation, 2064 - authorising us to operate as a licensed foreign employment agency.
Every placement we facilitate follows the conditions set by our license: no unauthorised branch offices, no sub-agents, and workers sent only to countries for which we hold approval - in full accordance with directives issued by the Government of Nepal.
As a newly established agency, our focus from day one has been building a recruitment process that jobseekers and employers alike can trust.
MH Manpower Solutions operates under the direct oversight of the Government of Nepal. We are registered with the Office of the Company Registrar and the Inland Revenue Department, and licensed by the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) to conduct foreign employment business under the Foreign Employment Act, 2064.
