1. Registration & Consultation
Jobseekers register with our office in Samakhusi, Kathmandu, and discuss suitable overseas job openings, requirements, and eligibility with our team.
2. Documentation
We assist with passport verification, labour permit application to the Department of Foreign Employment, medical check-up, and any employer-required paperwork.
3. Interview & Selection
Candidates are matched and presented to verified overseas employers for interview and final selection based on the employer's requirements.
4. Pre-Departure Orientation
Selected candidates attend orientation covering destination-country laws, workplace expectations, safety, and worker rights before departure.
5. Visa & Travel Processing
We coordinate work visa processing, air ticketing, and labour permit approval, keeping candidates informed at every step.
6. Deployment & Post-Placement Support
After deployment, our team remains a point of contact for both the worker and the employer to help resolve any concerns that arise.
